Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class with tracking. Available delivery details and charges are shown during checkout.
Orders to European Union destinations are dispatched from within the EU. No customs duties or additional import fees are due on delivery.
International orders outside the European Union are dispatched from the UK. Customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
International delivery may take longer than UK delivery. Relevant dispatch and delivery information will be provided after the order has been placed.
Tracking information is supplied after dispatch where a tracked service is used. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a parcel enters the network.
If a delivery attempt fails, follow the carrier instructions for redelivery or collection. Additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address.
